Youth Sports

The City of Montebello is closely monitoring guidelines from county officials regarding the coronavirus. Please be advised due to these directives, some programs and activities promoted on the site may be canceled or modified.

The City of Montebello Recreation and Community Services Department is proud to offer Recreational Youth Sports Programs throughout the year. The programs are offered for children ages 3 - 17 years old. Each program requires:

  • Registration fee
  • Registration packet
  • Copy of child's birth certificate
  • School I.D.

Three-month long season sports offered throughout the year include:

Outdoor Basketball

Sign-ups: June 1, 2021 (Online Registration Only)

Practices: Start the week of July 5th

Games: 6 games from July - August

Fee: $60

Youth T-Ball/Baseball

Sign-ups: June 1, 2021 (Online Registration Only)
Practices: Start in the week of July 5th
Games: 6 games from July - August
Fee: $70

Basketball

Sign-ups: Begin November

Practices: Start in January

Games: 9 games from January - March, including playoff games

Fee: $60

 

Track and Field
Sign-ups: Begin February
Practices: Start in March
Season: 3 track meets from March - June
Fee: $50
 
Soccer
Sign-ups: Begin March
Practices: Start in April
Games: 9 games from May - July, including playoff games
Fee: $60
 
Adaptive Baseball
Sign-ups: Begin March
Practices: Start in April
Games: 9 games from June - August
Fee: $70 
 
Flag Football
Sign-ups: Begin July
Practices: Start in August
Games: 9 games from October - December, including playoff games
Fee: $60
 

Cheerleading

Cheer Basketball Season

Sign-ups: Begin December

Practice: Start in January

Season runs from January - April

Cheer Camp Season

Sign-ups: Begin April

Practice: Start in May

Season runs from May - August

Cheer Football Season

Practice: Starts in September
